Bank Holiday Opening Intentions for 2025
To help HWE ICB effectively plan pharmaceutical service coverage in the East of England, please could all pharmacies complete this electronic questionnaire by 11:59pm on Wednesday 30 October 2024.
The form asks for your intended opening hours on the following days and not commissioned intentions of opening which normally requires a separate expression of interest.
