The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) pharmacy contractor questionnaire is now live for all contractors in Hertfordshire to provide their responses.  Please can you take a few minutes to answer some questions about your pharmacy and the services it provides and complete before the deadline, 15 September 2024.
