CPH Making a Success of your Pharmacy Services event

We would like to say BIG thank you to all those community pharmacies and their teams who attended our event last week. It was a great turnout, where we were joined by Gordon Hockey from Community Pharmacy England and a host of exhibitors. We had case studies from two of our Hertfordshire contractors who shared valuable stories of how they made their pharmacy services a success. The event ended with our annual awards to celebrate local pharmacies and their achievements – further details below.
The evaluation forms received back from those in attendance highlighted several successes from the event suggesting that the event provided valuable content, and created a positive experience for participants:
Positive Feedback: The overwhelming majority of feedback was positive, with attendees using terms like “informative,” “excellent,” “great,” and “worthwhile” to describe the event.
Engaging Speakers: Attendees specifically mentioned the speakers as a highlight, indicating that they were engaging, knowledgeable, and effective communicators.
Networking Opportunities: The event successfully facilitated networking, allowing attendees to connect with peers, share experiences, and discuss common challenges.
Relevant Content: The focus on best practice tips, new information, and future developments resonated with attendees.
Overall Satisfaction: The high satisfaction ratings and positive comments indicate that the event met or exceeded the expectations of the majority of attendees.
