HWE ICB – UTI PGD Extended Service contract

An email with contract details was sent by the ICB to all Community Pharmacies that expressed an interest in the extended UTI PGD service on Monday 13 November. Please ensure that you sign and return the contract to hweicbhv.primarycare@nhs.net and hweicbhv.medicinesoptimisationteam@nhs.net by 27 November 2023. If you do not return the contract by this date then your pharmacy will not be eligible to provide the service.
Once you have returned the signed contract it’s a requirement to attend a virtual training and you will only be invited to attend the training once a signed contract has been returned. The training will take place on Monday 20 November and Tuesday 28 November at 7:30-9.00pm. Please indicate your preferred training time and date on return of your contract.
Please note that this local service will be superseded by the national pharmacy first scheme that is expected to go live on 31 January 2024 (subject to IT being in place). Notice will be provided on when the local service will be decommissioned.
