Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment for Hertfordshire HWB

Hertfordshire Health and Wellbeing Board has delegated responsibility for the revised Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) to Hertfordshire County Council, who have asked Soar Beyond to facilitate the process and deliver the PNA.

We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to answer some questions about your pharmacy and the services it provides. Please complete the survey before 30 August 2024

We would also like to request for your support for the engagement with the public, to gather their views about the current service provision. It’d be great if you could print the attached poster and display it in your pharmacy (or display the jpg attached if you have a screen in your public areas). You may also want to answer this question yourself as a Hertfordshire resident, and share with your colleagues, family and friends. All responses to the public survey are confidential and they will help assess areas where pharmacies are already performing well and areas that need improvement.
