TARGET (Treating Antibiotics Responsibly, Guidance, Education and Tools) is a UKHSA led suite of resources hosted by the RCGP to support primary care professionals to practice and promote antimicrobial stewardship. Face to face antimicrobial stewardship training sessions with a focus on TARGET resources have been organised for primary care staff. The planned topics are antimicrobial stewardship in respiratory tract infections, acne and paediatrics, with a focus on course lengths and delayed prescribing.
The events will be open to any healthcare professionals working in primary care. Each session will cover the same topics so there is no need to book onto more than one session. Please email Alishah (alishah.lakha@nhs.net) to book your place at one of the events below (lunch will be provided).
