Our pharmacy teams are the backbone of healthcare in Hertfordshire, working tirelessly to serve our communities. At this year’s Evolve 2026 event, we want to shine a spotlight on that hard work by presenting the annual CPH Awards!
The awards ceremony will take place at 21:00 to close out the event. Let’s give our teams the recognition they truly deserve.

Pharmacy Contraception Excellence Award 2026
This award recognises the pharmacy that has most effectively navigated the rapid evolution of the Pharmacy Contraception Service over the past year, demonstrating effective change management and successfully absorbing updated protocols, and expanded remits into their core operations.
The Hypertension Case Finding Excellence Award 2026
This award recognises the pharmacy that has effectively bridged the gap in cardiovascular prevention by mainstreaming ABPM within their daily practice, proactively identifying at-risk patients during unrelated consultations and offering expert navigation through high-pressure results.
The Clinical Integration Award 2026
This award recognises the pharmacy team that has demonstrated exceptional agility and leadership in the transition to a consultation-first model of care, re-engineering their daily workflow and redefining team responsibilities to ensure the seamless delivery of the Pharmacy First service.
The Hertfordshire Pharmacy of the Year Award 2026
