·         Optimising medicines support for patients  – multi-compartment compliance aids (MCA) and 7-day prescriptions

This is aimed at all within GP practice teams and Community Pharmacists. HWE ICB will be providing a brief overview of the local guidance, plus case studies to apply guidance to everyday scenarios. There will also be opportunity to increase knowledge around the alternative options (other than MCAs) to support appropriate and safer ways to support patients to take their medicines correctly.

·         Respiratory

This is aimed at all clinicians involved in asthma management. HWE ICB will be providing a brief overview of the local guidance and outlining key priorities in asthma care for patients 12 years and over, and an opportunity to increase knowledge and discuss changes in the approach to asthma care.
