Vaccine Delivery Schedule: Christmas and New Year Period

If you’re planning vaccinations during this period, you must request additional vaccines through the Supply Planner exceptions process by Tuesday 16 December. Approved requests will be delivered on Friday 19 December.

 

What you need to know for exception requests:

All vaccine requests need approval from system, regional and national teams. To be approved, you must meet these requirements:

  • Complete an up to date stocktake for the requested vaccine within the last 7 days
  • Have booked vaccination activity within 7 days of making the request
  • Confirm your region has considered local stock movement options

Planning ahead for January: Sites needing vaccines delivered on 7 January must submit requests by Friday 2 January. From this date, daily exception approvals restart and follow the standard delivery schedule.

  • Submit any exception requests by the deadlines above
  • Continue planning your usual operational activities

 

This schedule only affects vaccine deliveries – all other site operations should continue as normal.
