Funded clinical supervision opportunity for Pharmacist Independent Prescribers – applications closing soon

The East of England Teach & Treat Clinical Supervision Pilot is offering community pharmacists who are qualified as Independent Prescribers (IPs) the opportunity to build confidence, competence and practical prescribing experience.

The funded programme provides:

  • One-to-one mentoring with experienced prescribers
  • Supported clinical placements
  • Access to a prescribing community of practice
  • No cost participation

The opportunity is open to pharmacists who are newly qualified IPs or those looking to refresh and consolidate their prescribing skills in practice.

Places are limited, and applications must be submitted by midnight on Sunday 12 July 2026. Applications may close earlier if demand is high.

Successful applicants will be selected using the programme’s scoring criteria and will be notified on or before 17 July 2026.
