We are currently recruiting for two full-time roles within the CPH office team:
Lead the Way in Hertfordshire: Services & Engagement Lead Officer
£41,840 – £52,300 full time per annum (depending on experience)
Are you a driven, self-starting professional with a passion for community pharmacy? Do you thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional services? We want YOU to join our team as a Services & Engagement Lead Officer!
What you will do:
- Drive the success of NHS services from Hertfordshire’s community pharmacies.
- Foster strong partnerships with local stakeholders and providers.
- Empower pharmacies to deliver quality care to their communities.
- Travel across Hertfordshire to support pharmacies in person, with a minimum of two days a week in the office.

What you will do:
- Drive CPH’s communications strategy, ensuring seamless operations.
- Work closely with the Business Officer to achieve our goals.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Competitive Salary: £27,414 – £34,268 per annum, based on your experience (full time, 40 hours a week Monday to Friday).
