CGL – Community Pharmacy Training Event

CGL is running an update training event to support pharmacists delivering supervised consumption and/or needle exchange services. Please be reminded that for any community pharmacy subcontracted by CGL to deliver supervised consumption or needle exchange services, the accredited pharmacist or any pharmacist providing the service is required to attend a training event every 2 years.

This is a good opportunity for all pharmacists including newly qualified pharmacists to update their knowledge on supervision and Needle exchange.

Please note if you have signed up to deliver supervised consumption you are required to attend an update training every two years as part of the contract regardless of whether you currently have any supervised clients or not.
