Practice nurse Emma Williamson reveals how she devised a new pathway that improved healing rates for lower limb ulceration patients and later had her pathway adopted by the CCG. She has won the Wound Prevention and Treatment category of the RCNi Nurse Awards 2019. She will talk through her early intervention programme and how she got her patients to heal faster.
