CGL New Core MAT Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Following the CGL training event on Wednesday 6 March 2024, CGL sent out an email on Friday 8 March 2024 requesting pharmacy contractors to send in CPPE supervised consumption and safeguarding training certificates as well as a signed and dated copy of the Pharmacy Terms and Conditions document.
CPH would like to clarify that you do not need to send in the training certificates and only need to send in a signed copy of the Pharmacy Terms and Conditions document (SLA) if you would like to sign up to the new service effective from 1 April 2024. CGL will follow up with another email which will include the request for the appropriate documents.
Please be reminded that the new CGL MAT service starts on 1 April 2024 and replaces the previous supervised consumption service of which you have been given notice.
