‘Manage Your Appointments’ – New Vaccination Appointment System

NHS England would like to remind you that they are launching a brand-new, improved system to manage your COVID-19 and Flu vaccination appointments on the National Booking Service, called “Manage Your Appointments”.
This upgrade is part of their ongoing commitment to deliver against the NHS Vaccination Strategy. You can expect improved navigation, a more intuitive user-friendly design and many new features – such as the ability to set your own appointment lengths.
Site managers will receive an email with log in details by 18 August 2025. There are new guidance pages available and training webinars to attend. If you are currently using Q-Flow, your site details and active site managers will be automatically migrated over to the new system for you.
Help and Support: Support for sites using the Manage Your Appointments is now provided by the National Service Desk. Therefore, if you have any issues with the service please raise a ticket by completing the customer portal form.
